to be found in the house on your arrival.

office, bakery, butcher, newspapers, fruits and food shops, bank, coffee shops, general market
every Tuesday);
10 min drive from the
tourist town of Sarnano;
10 min drive from the National
Park of Sibillini Mountains ;
40 min drive from the seaside, 40 min from the city of Macerata and
its Opera summer Festival (July-August).
Driving distance from historic and monumental towns such as Ascoli Piceno, Assisi,
Perugia, Spoleto.
About 3 hours from Florence and Rome. 20 min from the closest highway exits.

to be changed weekly.
Rates do not include : gas for heating during winter.
CONDITIONS
Length of stay : one or more weeks periods from Saturday to Saturday
Arrivals : after 17.00 / Departures : before 11.00.
Payments: down payment 30% and the remainder two months before arrival date.
Deposit to be refunded within 7 days from departure: € 200.
